Lost

Her eyes half unfocused

The woman asks for half a drink.

You have a beautiful wife

Beautiful boys.

A home

A career

Love.

Value that,

Bartender.

I have debt.

This half beer you gave me

Out of pity

And want of a tip

That I already gave you.

From a credit card I can’t

Pay
