Sometimes the little wins are all we get, but they're worth celebrating all the same

And she could fly

Posted on June 28, 2023August 9, 2024

And she could fly

The car speeds past

The roads

The lines vanish

She stares

Watching a world

Passing by

Can she flt

Open the window.

Take off the seatbelt.

And fly.

Lose herself.

Be free.

For that moment

Between the air

And the asphalt.

Between serenity

And pain

Between Forever

And now.
